Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

2. Estimated Delivery Timeline

Standard delivery time is 7–10 business days, depending on the delivery location and product availability.
Remote or hard-to-reach areas may take a few additional days.
In some cases, there may be delays due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, strikes, or courier delays.

3. Delivery Charges

Free shipping is available on selected products and locations. For other orders, shipping charges will be calculated at checkout.
Any additional charges such as entry tax, octroi, or local levies (if applicable) must be paid by the customer directly to the delivery partner.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via email/SMS.
You can use this tracking number to monitor the real-time status of your shipment through our logistics partner’s website.

5. Packaging

All products are securely packed with protective materials to prevent transit damage.
In case of visible damage to the outer packaging at the time of delivery, please write a note on the POD (Proof of Delivery) and take a photo before accepting the package.

6. Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are correct at the time of placing the order.
We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information.
